Sometimes you’ve just got to bite the bullet. Putting yourself first. I also took a sabbatical in 2021, it made me realize that my mental health had to become a priority. It made me put my life in perspective too!

I did both! They offer seasons (courses) and one is starting soon actually. They’ll announce next week I think
