I love the little details in your writing, like this "Every kind of savoury rice dish would attend: from Nigerian jollof to Malaysian nasi goreng, from Indian biryani to Saudi kabsa."
haha thank you, this idea sprung from a 3am scribble when I couldn't fall asleep and felt my stomach rumble but I was too lazy to start dicing onions for a meal. So I tortured myself by watching YouTube shorts of food creators 😭
